I'm a spiritual and holistically-oriented psychotherapist, counselor, yoga and meditation teacher, and Interfaith minister, and it's my passion to awaken new insights and transformation in my clients and students. In addition to counseling in my Menlo Park, CA office, I offer spiritual mentoring and guidance for those on the spiritual path. I share my insights in my radio program on Blog Talk Radio, the Awakening Self Radio show.

I also teach deeply transformational yoga and meditation classes and yoga philosophy in studios and yoga teacher trainings in the San Francisco Bay area.

My counseling practice includes adults, teens, and I have two spiritually-oriented women's psychotherapy groups called Sacred Journey.
